CTS & Associates is a family-run company with over three decades of experience in optimizing tax credits and grants for businesses operating within the trades sector. The goal of this project is to create an overall plan to ramp up and expand their operations to maximize their profitability. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: - Analyzing CTS & Associates' existing operations and financials. - Developing a plan to increase their profitability. - Researching potential opportunities for growth. - Identifying areas for improvement in their current operations. - Developing strategies to capitalize on their niche area of focus. - Creating a financial understanding of the company.

CTS & Associates Rebranding and Website Redesign
The main goal of this project is to redesign our company's website and branding assets to be more modern, and update the copy to better highlight our latest areas of focus. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: - Researching the company's current branding and website design. - Developing a new website design that is modern and reflects the company's specialization in businesses in the trades. - Match the website with social media new design as logo and colors. - Updating document templates to incorporate the new branding. - Optimizing the website for mobile devices. - Testing the website and making improvements based on feedback.

CTS Incentives Digital Marketing Project
The goal of this project is to improve CTS Incentives social media profiles and engagement. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: - Developing content for CTS Incentives' website, social media, and other online platforms. - Evaluating and updating, if necessary, branding for CTS Incentives across all online platforms. - Creating physical assets such as brochures, flyers, and other promotional materials that can be given to less digitally inclined prospective clients. - Developing an overall marketing plan to provide structure and direction for accomplishing the tasks.
