The main objective of this project is to develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy for Buyer Folio that effectively targets prospective home buyers and financial institutions. The students will aim to enhance brand awareness, drive website traffic, and increase user engagement through strategic marketing campaigns. Outcome: By the end of the project, students are expected to have created and executed a series of marketing campaigns that: Increase Buyer Folio's online visibility and brand recognition. Drive significant traffic to the Buyer Folio website. Boost user engagement and conversion rates. Provide insightful analytics and reports that demonstrate the effectiveness of the implemented strategies and suggest areas for further optimization

Website UI / UX Design & Prototype

Main Objective: The main objective of this project is to design a user-friendly, visually engaging, and informative website for Buyer Folio that effectively communicates the company's mission, services, and value proposition. Problem Statement: Students will address the challenge of creating a cohesive and visually appealing web design that enhances user engagement and effectively conveys Buyer Folio’s unique offerings. This involves overcoming typical web design hurdles such as ensuring intuitive navigation, maintaining consistent branding, and creating an engaging user experience across various devices. Expected Outcome: By the end of the project, students are expected to achieve the following outcomes: A Comprehensive Design: Produce a fully fleshed-out design for the Buyer Folio website, including high-fidelity wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for all specified sections (Home Page, Partnership Page, Blog/Resources Page, FAQ Section). User-Centric Layout: Develop a website layout that is easy to navigate, visually appealing, and responsive across different devices (desktop, tablet, mobile). Effective Communication: Ensure that the website clearly and effectively communicates Buyer Folio’s mission, services, and value propositions through well-structured content and professional visual elements. Brand Consistency: Implement design elements that align with Buyer Folio’s brand guidelines, ensuring a consistent look and feel across the entire website. Enhanced User Engagement: Incorporate features such as call-to-action buttons, high-quality visuals, and customer testimonials to boost user engagement and interaction. Design Specifications for Development: Provide detailed design specifications and assets for the development team to implement, ensuring a smooth transition from design to development.

Migration of Buyer Folio's AI Models to GCP Vertex AI

Objective: To successfully transition Buyer Folio's key AI models to a more robust and scalable cloud environment provided by GCP Vertex AI. Problem Learners Will Be Solving: Learners will be addressing the challenge of transferring AI models from a development and testing environment (Google Colab) to a production-ready cloud infrastructure (GCP Vertex AI). This includes ensuring data integrity, model performance, system integration, and compliance with security and regulatory standards. Outcome Learners Are Expected to Achieve: By the end of the project, learners are expected to have: Configured the GCP Vertex AI Environment: Set up the necessary infrastructure on GCP, including virtual machines, storage, and related services. Migrated AI Models: Successfully exported and deployed the Folio Score, Co-Buyer Matching, and Property Recommendation models to Vertex AI. Integrated Systems: Ensured seamless integration of the migrated models with existing Buyer Folio systems and workflows. Conducted Testing: Completed comprehensive testing to validate the models' functionality, performance, and accuracy in the new environment. Ensured Security and Compliance: Implemented security best practices and ensured compliance with relevant regulations. Provided Documentation and Training: Created detailed documentation of the migration process and conducted training sessions for the Buyer Folio team. Established Support and Maintenance: Developed a plan for post-migration support and ongoing maintenance of the models.

Lean Startup Business Strategy Development

Process Mapping : Students will use Business Process Model Notation (BPMN) to map out the current operational processes. This step involves documenting each step, resource utilization, and dependencies. Bottleneck Identification : Learners will analyze the process maps to identify bottlenecks—areas where efficiency is compromised or delays occur. Research and Solutions : For each bottleneck, students will research potential solutions. These could involve process redesign, technology adoption, or resource allocation adjustments. Proposal and Implementation Plan : Based on their research, learners will create a proposal with recommendations for process improvements. The proposal will include an implementation plan. Revised Process Model : Finally, students will create a second BPMN model that incorporates the proposed solutions. .

Understanding Business Strategy:Learners will learn about the business goals, mission, and products by interacting with various employees. This understanding is crucial for creating an effective financial plan. Financial Forecasting:Learners will use tools like Excel (or other financial software) to create sales forecasts for the first year of operation. These forecasts will include both conservative and aggressive scenarios. Additionally, learners will project income based on different assumptions. Expense Budget Development:Learners will collaborate with the team to develop an expense budget. This involves estimating costs related to operations, marketing, personnel, and other business activities. Break-Even Analysis:Learners will conduct a break-even analysis using financial projections. This analysis helps determine the point at which revenue equals expenses, indicating when the business becomes profitable. Reporting and Visualization:Learners will report on projected assets and liabilities, providing a clear picture of the business’s financial health. Visual aids such as graphs and charts will be used to compare conservative and aggressive income projections.

Data Analysis Research

The main objective of this project is to provide learners with hands-on experience in data analysis research . By the end of the internship, learners are expected to: Collaborate with data scientists and analysts: Interns will work closely with experienced professionals to collect, clean, and analyze data.
