The career pathing project enabled participants to delve into the multifaceted aspects of career planning. They benefited from collaboratively sharing their knowledge and experiences in talent management. Overall, this cohort had an exceptional learning experience.

The DE&I Roadmap 2025: Navigating Remote and Multi-Generational Workforces project engaged learners in an analysis of the connection between DE&I and employee engagement. The project enabled participants to delve deeper into the concepts they acquired in the Human Resource Connections program.

It was a great experience working with Sarah Blackmore during my training. She was always open to discussion and provided the necessary insights and information to help me work on the project successfully. I truly appreciated her support and approachable attitude throughout the process.

The experience has helped me identify my strengths and interests, guiding me towards a clearer career path. Understanding what I enjoy and excel at allows me to make more informed decisions about my future career.

The objective and purpose of the project was very clear, we were able to break it down to how it should ideally be designed, and our past individual experiences in career pathing helped design the framework. We were able to collaborate well as a team, brainstorm, have differ opinions, bring in our experience and expertise, ideate, consolidate the inputs and then present.

A huge thank you to Sarah and the Riipen team for this invaluable opportunity to contribute to such meaningful initiatives. This experience has solidified my passion for creating impactful HR solutions and strengthened my resolve to continue making a difference in the HR field here in Canada.
