Rami was very eager to get started and began strong. However, when he felt I wasn't supporting him, instead of chatting with me when I requested it, he went to the Riipen staff to complain. I thought it was resolved but instead of doing what I had requested he did what he wanted. Some of it was quite useful while some information was unhelpful. Rami needs to learn to work together as a team and to have initiative.
