Shumaila is an incredibly passionate and intelligent student who provides extraordinary insight and care. She is highly employable, eager, bright, and a joy to work with all around. She was an excellent contribution to my team as she would be to any organization!

Over the course of the internship, Shumaila assisted with and completed a variety of tasks/projects including attending meetings and preparing meeting minutes, reviewing PR opportunities daily, researching upcoming association events and opportunities, reconciling transactions in QuickBooks Online, updating our Customer Journey and Feedback Trackers, creating workflow guides, registering new leads in HubSpot and enrolling them into sequences, creating a sales cycle tracker, identifying and recording key details/dates for our Student Sponsorship program, and more. Shumaila has a great attitude and work ethic. She completed tasks diligently and with great attention to detail. I appreciated her interest in learning new tasks, skills, and that she recognized the importance of each task no matter what it was. Shumaila is professional, but also very personable. She is a hard worker and I am confident that she would be successful in a variety of environments.

I am delighted with the end results of this project, both my company and our customers are incredibly happy with the end results. The students who worked on our project were keen and prepared to learn and execute.
