Research and Business Development for Local Tea Business

Tea & Grazing is a travelling tea room that offers a unique and eclectic experience for enjoying tea. During the warm season, we roam the south coast of England, setting up at fairs and markets. The launch phase of Tea & Grazing is complete and the branding has been well received in the region of East Sussex. The Markets and Fairs are a resounding success, but business is slow for the primary business of Tea Tastings. This is due to a lack of staff resources required to mine for new clients and identify new strategies for lead generation. The website is also in need of improvements as new products and offerings have grown since the launch.
