Reconciled general ledger account balances on a monthly basis to identify and resolve open item variances to maintain system accuracy and legitimacy. Prepared reconciliations and posted various journal entries to the general ledger using the accounting tool, EagleWeb, to clear offsets in multiple accounts. Conducted quarterly audits of Wells Fargo’s complete balance sheet and income statements before submitting the financial reports to Statistics Canada. Completed monthly Treasury International Capital reports of various portfolio investments and the ending balances between the US and foreign residents for the Financial Controller of Wells Fargo Equipment Finance.

Assisted to create and consolidate user experiences to help identify pros and cons of newly built user interfaces as part of the development of a vendor pricing tool. Leveraged a newly developed SAP tool to migrate large amounts of data from an old financial accounting database to a new one. Performed data validation to ensure that the data migrated properly. Led a team of interns in the development of a skills map application used for the assessment of full-time employees in the IT department to aid in the assignment of roles for future projects based on skill sets.

Assisted in compiling the FIT-GAP Analysis of multiple business requirement documents which helped the project leader determine the different task priorities. Conducted Functional Unit Testing in SAP ECC system based on test script provided by the project manager. Performed download and upload speed tests of the Wi-Fi connections in various Loblaw/Superstore stores across the GTA to ensure proper network connectivity for handheld devices. Developed an application to automate various store administrative tasks using Microsoft PowerApps software. The application was intended to improve the business process in stores and allow employees to capture information more efficiently.
