TDW Website Revamp (Phase 2)

TDW website is currently not running, need to have a revamp to be able to get more outreach for medical clinics, hospitals and educational institutions. This would be done in phases to give students ample opportunity to not be overwhelmed with doing the intricates of the project all at once especially if in small groups. We would like to work with students to develop a new website that is easy to maintain while providing an appealing interface for users. This can be achieved through common site building tools such as Wix, Webflow, and WordPress. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Researching different site-building tools and their associated advantages / disadvantages. Conducting a needs analysis to determine which platform is most suitable. Building a website, with our assistance in providing the content. Providing training on updating and maintaining the website. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Testing prototypes with students through examining sites recommended by us, or them in respective fields to determine the best approach to our website.

TDW Market Research

TDW is looking to develop a better understanding of the medical landscape, hence we need researchers to aid in that, so we can develop blogs to put within our website. We would like to collaborate with students to conduct market research. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with our company’s values, products and services. Researching our target market and market potential. Researching the industry and competitive landscape. Recommending strategies to improve our positioning, brand, products and services. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Recommending strategies to differentiate ourselves from our competition.

TDW CRM Prospecting (Part 1)

TDW is in dire need of a new CRM for scheduling, managing the pipeline and sales funnel, so we'll coloborate with students to determine a report to weigh the best options available to us. It'll be in two parts, as we'll need two CRMs. To achieve this, you will need to consider: Core features. Pricing. Features. Constraints. Usability. Implementation and training. Existing system integration. Security features. Customizability.
