Web Development - enhancements & cybersecurity

The goal of the project is to enhance the functionality of an existing website, by adding additional levels of security/obfuscation and features that improve the user experience. The student will become familiar with our product and understand generally how it works. As part of bolstering the security/obfuscation, the student should spend time conducting research on penetration testing technologies and remedies. They should look into common vulnerability lists such as OWASP Top 10, and common security tools such as Nmap, Burp Suitar, Nessus, and Wireshark.
