During my time working with the employers at iTechSkills Academy, I had a valuable and insightful experience in front-desk operations, proctoring management, and marketing. The team was professional, supportive, and provided clear guidance, which made it easier to adapt to the responsibilities of the role. I gained hands-on experience managing inquiries, assisting students, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at the front desk. Additionally, I developed a strong understanding of proctoring procedures, maintaining fairness and integrity in assessments. Beyond administrative tasks, I was also involved in marketing efforts, where I created flyers and ads to promote various programs and initiatives. From the first time of the interview, the students had an enriching eye opening experience form Itechskills. The business owner share openly their challenges and triumphs and reviewed students assignments on time and was available for Q&A sessions despite the time differences. The vision and mission and terms of operations allowed us to see the institution's relevance and we were able to recommend strategies that would help to grow beyond the challenges COVID posed to every small business.
