This is a part-time, remote position, ideal for a student project or a graduate with a background in change management, business, or a related field. Responsibilities: Conduct background research on the change management landscape in Canada, including existing organizations, associations, and professional needs. Perform comparative analysis of Change Management Institutes offerings, benefits, and presence with those of other change management organizations in Canada. Prepare a comprehensive final report detailing research findings, insights, and suggested implementation plan
