Knowing about how a foot orthotic can help common foot conditions is a great asset to a Chiropractors' clinical practice. Canadian Practice Builder is an organization that has been helping healthcare practices achieve growth in the Allied Health Industry. We would love to have a website built out to talk about the services we provide. Create a design proposal including mock-ups, budget, and timeline. Build a fully functioning website. Provide training on updating and maintaining the site. We arenβt sure which platform we would like for it to be built on, but we have an idea of what we F3 is a new type of Orthotic that helps to alleviate pain from Plantar Fascitis, Knee Pain, Back Pain, Foot Pain, and Bunions. We want to market this orthotic to end consumers and ask their practitioner for it ultimately driving business to Premier Orthotics Lab. This is a new angle at selling orthotics! PROJECT SCOPE Our organization is able to offer a virtual internship opportunity for (1 | 2 | 3) students or teams. The primary focus for the student will be: Explore 3d printing manufacturing of orthotics. Strategy - Develop an implementation plan for entering a new market; develop a go-to-market strategy for new products or services; identify new funding and grant opportunities and write proposals. Marketing - Complete a full customer, competitor, market, and environmental analysis; complete a marketing strategy review; design a new marketing strategy (product, place, price, and promotion); conduct overhaul of our branding or communication strategy. Sales - Design a new/improved prospecting process for our sales team; design a new/improved pricing or service structure.
