Student goals and capabilities

Today with extraordinary forces impacting organizations of all size, change is not only inevitable but necessary for survival. These student groups provide a unique and proven expertise in identifying external and internal organizational pressures and demands for change. They can provide customized evidence of how key external environmental pressures you face such as technology, societal issues, and the economy are demanding changes to your internal organizational environment including your structure, systems, and workplace climate. The result is a robust Strategic Change Action Plan that points the way forward for you, identifying roadblocks and detours that you will face.
