Communications and Storytelling for Impact

We are looking to work with students to identify new opportunities to achieve our business goals. We are open to feedback about areas of focus, as we would like our assigned person or team to preform a comprehensive analysis of our business. We have shared a few high priority goals and desired benefits below to help guide you:- Currently a lack of knowledge of awareness of our organization and the incredible work we do. - We have been in operation for 50 years and have serviced tens if not hundreds of thousands of people. We have a large network of alumni clients and families that could be amazing ambassadors in the community if we know how to best engage and leverage those voices to help us tell our story.- Lack of coordinated approach to marketing and communications - currently using social media, website and program newsletter but there is no strategy around timing or content. The benefit of this project for us would be to be able to more effectively tell our story, communicate our impact and engage the community in a way that increases our profile, strengthens our credibility and helps generate more financial support through our foundation.

Analyzing Industry Data and Regulatory Requirements

Our organization is ready to make some business changes but we know that we need to assess the correct data to help inform our decisions. We believe we know some information about our consumers and our target consumer base but we lack information on the overall landscape of our industry as well as changing privacy regulations due to covid-19 and the advancements made in technology over the years (virtual care, client portals, etc.)Through a deep dive of our industry/market, we hope to identify key market trends to assist in our go-forward plans. We want to look at growth trends, stagnation patterns or decline analytics, for example. It is important for us to know where the most promising innovation exists or which areas are slowing down. It's also important for us to better understand the regulatory requirements related to our advancements in building secure client portals, providing virtual care as well as other digital solutions to meet our clients needs (ex. e-sgnature).We believe that there is enough industry data available to complete a study of our sector. It would be extremely helpful for a student group to look at our industry, identify key trends of growth, stagnation and decline. We are open to all information that seems appropriate and valuable. Using these findings, we would like a detailed and researched report on the market trends that will mean the most to the future of our business.
