Impact Learning is an Educational Support Company that offers services such as curriculum development, learning resource design, content audits and professional development for educators and entrepreneurs. Our goal is to bridge the gap between subject matter experts and their learning experience participants. The Educational Content Writer will report to the Owner of Impact Learning. The successful candidate will work with the Impact Learning team to write, audit, edit and revise written content that is developed for clients. The incumbent will also keep track of project management, workflow, and digital file storage/organization. The incumbent will play a large role in current client projects, supporting the development and growth of multiple small businesses in Ontario. We encourage DIYer self-built solar energy systems to power devices with less energy such as cellphones and computers. With much less initial investment and a simplified solar power system, we make solar power affordable and therefore accessible for the mainstream customer. The proposed venture is an innovative puzzle-like solar panel allowing customers to install their own solar system of any size and shape to fulfill their various energy needs. By using special square-shaped panel connectors, tiles can connect seamlessly with each other without extra wires, making the tiles more stable in relation to their power output compared to existing panels

Experience coding may be required, and student should have an aptitude for UI/UX. It is important for us to go back to the data we have on our sales process to determine key trends and patterns that will help us make informed decisions for the future of our business. Some areas that we hope to analyze include, but are not limited to, sales cycle length, average sale price, average ROI/customer, buying behaviours, etc. The student will look at trends and sales data from the year of 2022 and 2023 onward, looking at our data on the following platforms: UberEats DoorDash SkipTheDishes The main goal of this internship is to understand and identify patterns in customer behavior and sales data, in order to make informed decisions about sales and marketing strategies, improve customer satisfaction, and increase revenue.

Rhiza Capital is entering the final stage of the venture capital lifecycle where the focus will be on monitoring and supporting our portfolio companies, and divesting, in due course, to return capital to our investors. Carrying out these responsibilities, however, is taking place at a critical juncture where Rhiza is operating with increasing pressures on its internal resources and during a period of retraction in both the size and number of deals in the venture capital market. There are two main goals of this project: Identify the opportunities to allocate resources towards enhancing the value of our portfolio companies and divesting, where appropriate, to return capital to investors. Executing on these recommended opportunities while balancing our resources, and ensuring our social impact reporting is up to date and timely.
