Digital analytics: assessing the success and weaknesses of our digital presence

The main goal of this project is to assess the results of our digital presence by collecting, reviewing, and presenting website and social media analytics for Besa Global. This will mean working with the Besa Global team, and responsibilities will include collecting our data from Wix Webs and LinkedIn, developing reports/visualizations, and presenting these to our team. The ideal person for this position has an exceptional eye for detail, expertise with data collection and presentation/communication, and a love of numbers and problem solving.

We are looking to create video content for our website that engages our audience and offers an accessible introduction to what we do. At present our site is largely text heavy and would benefit from more dynamic or engaging material that aligns with our brand and mission. Working closely with our Communications & Project Officer, our ideas will be assessed to determine which topics are best fit, the style, breadth and approach of the video. At this juncture it will be determined if there is time to do 1 or 2 (pending length and complexity).

While we have made a start at developing a framework this needs to be piloted and improved and then the resulting learning actioned. This requires more time then our pressed team has at the present.

Our company is rebranding and we need to update our corporate and professional Linkedin sites and develop brand new copy for our website. This project will require a talented wordsmith to translate a complex vision into accessible and engaging copy.
