It is the outcome of several years of experimentation (https://www.colorful.zone/joyi/). What does Joyi's content look like? They are fun, engaging, and full of joy, but also, they are bit-sized mental health skills. They could be 1–5 second animations, questions, or simple games. We try to incorporate Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) or Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) skills into our content. Ultimately, you will be working on bite-sized content creation for developing mental health skills.
