🎓 Welcome to Conestoga's Organizational Consulting Skills Capstone Program! Conestoga College presents a unique opportunity to work with our highly motivated students in the Organizational Consulting Skills course. This capstone experience is divided into two vital sections: Capstone 1 and Capstone 2. Capstone 1 kicks off in the Fall 2023 semester, and we're urging employers to act quickly. During this phase, students will work closely with you to craft a comprehensive project proposal, tailored to your specific HR consultancy needs. This proposal will be in progress by mid-November, so don't wait—apply ASAP to secure your spot! Capstone 2 , the project implementation phase, follows Capstone 1. Once the proposal is refined and approved, students will dive into the project, applying their acquired skills and knowledge to provide valuable solutions.
