MBA - Business Process & Systemization

We are seeking bright business and management students to assist RacerX Marketplace to systemize business operations & management. Students will learn an extremely valuable skill used by top business analysts developing franchise like processes designed to run a business. Business process and systemization skills are in extremely high demand since Covid has changed many organizations to 100% Virtual stuff. Students will gain hands on experience as virtual business analysts writing processes for a 100% virtual workforce. Students are provided excellent mentorship and guidance through a series of YouTube Training Videos and use of the industry's best Cloud Based Process and Systemization tool called TouchStone Business Systems. For any MBA student wishing to land a high paying in demand position within our organization or many others - This is a fantastic opportunity to learn. We will implement and test your insights on our global employees to enhance our business operations. These insights are directly related to business outcomes. This project is one that will allow students real time experience in live market situations and to implement and test their contributions. Here are some of the areas we’d like students to explore throughout this project: Research and Learn how processes and systemization run the worlds most successful companies. Students will learn to identify and reverse engineer work tasks in HR Recruiting, Sales, Marketing, Accounting, Risk Management and More. Learn to identify, and write simple processes and then link them thru systemization tools to apply it to daily work routines. Design and Improve systemization across multiple departments directly from a company organization chart Learn to more effectively use Touchstone Business Systems library of existing templates to increase efficiencies.

Marketing to New International and Domestic Markets

We are looking for either a single student or a small group of students for this project. Background 99% of ginseng produced in Southern Ontario is currently sold to customers in China. This industry's demise began with the "Huawei affair". (The Chinese government is punishing Canadians for their government's involvement in the arrest and detainment of Meng Wanzhou). To further complicate our situation, along came COVID. The traditional Chinese buyers (who want to come to see the product in person before they commit to purchase it) could not travel to Canada. Those who have Canadian representatives that could purchase on their behalf did so, but at a poor price point. Most sales are secured with a deposit and paid in full only once the shipment is received and traditional Chinese buyers do not offer contracts. Shipping delays in 2020 and again in 2021, prevented much of the product from being able to reach its final destination. In addition, some containers sat in ships just out of port for weeks. The combination of heat and humidity caused the spoilage of numerous containers. Understandably, the "buyers" do not wish to pay for "spoiled goods", leaving some ginseng producers with no recourse. Goal To find a way to sell our product domestically and internationally to countries other than China. In order to accomplish this goal we believe the following questions must be addressed: - How have other companies tackled this issue in the past? And what methods did they use? - What countries would be a good fit to export our product? -How do we make the connection?
