PROJECT SCOPE Be part of this exciting project that will create an impact on the future of our nations. Today emerging technologies are confusing and becoming more complex day by day. Governments both in the United States, Canada as well as in leading countries across the world are trying to understand the impact of technology and the best way to manage this change. Congressional and Parliamentary hearings with technology leaders, industry experts, and thought leaders are common in helping understand the what, why, and how of the future impact of technology on the world. Our scope is to help contribute to this as an education provider and facilitator. What is the Project? The Internet of Value Guide for Congresspeople, Lawmakers & Legislators will be a body of knowledge with various parts to it. This will include written content, podcast, video content, and learning resources. Imagine someone wanting to know everything about the role of the Internet of Value on Government, this resource library strives to be the best there is. The project is to create a body of knowledge that is multi-faceted and will include three major components. - Video Interviews Interviews will be conducted with experts across technology, banking, finance domains to understand what innovative technologies are upcoming and how will they impact the world. The task is to reach out to identify experts, reach out to them, and request interviews over Zoom. Interviews will be conducted by Ian Khan. The task may also include basic video editing and cleanup. - Podcast Recorded video interviews will be converted to an audio file format and posted to our podcast hosting service. The task will include file conversion, thumbnail art creation and upload. - Written Interviews Blog Video interviews will be transcribed using Rev.com and will be converted to article format and posted on our blog. The task will include managing this process of conversion and posting. - Online Summit The video interviews will also be posted on a new website and converted into a Summit Format. The scope will comprise of uploading content to the website, creating relevant tags, uploading any supporting images. Students will get an opportunity to Research information - Find out the main challenges and opportunities for congress and the internet of value Learn key communication skills - Draft content, letters, emails Get involved in thought leadership - Learn how laws are made, how governments work Learn about emerging technologies - Learn about emerging technology issues, and impacts Engage with thought leaders - Connect with thinkers, authors, advocates Create and deliver multimedia content - Schedule, record, edit audio/video content, write copy. Develop a website for a product launch. The Future Readiness Score is a revolutionary KPI for organizations to understand their position with respect to being disrupted, and Future Readiness. The product website is part of the product launch and will have information on - What is the product - What are the product benefits - How does the product solve a challenging business problem - How does the product/solution work - What is the future of Future Readiness - Other information as needed. Wordpress is the preferred platform for us to develop the website.

App Development - Software MVP

A new breakthrough KPI to measure Future Readiness is being launched in early 2022. The Future Readiness Score, Our proprietary framework to measure Future Readiness and provide respondents a score is based on questions they answer, is planned to be available on a software / app platform. Specifications The app will be available on Web/Android/iOS and can be as simple as an HTML page being called through the app. App will ask for user details and register the user. User will be able to select certain prepopulated parameters if needed. User will then commence to answer the survey questions. The survey questions will be based on a specific logic. At the end of the survey, the respondent will be provided with a score based on the question they have answered. App can do a collective score if multiple people from a certain department or a company take the assessment. Data available at the back end should be able to be represented into different graphs or visualizations based on report parameters selected. More scope details will be provided during the consulting and kick-off phase.

Leadership Livestream Panel Series

Assist in continuing the development of a panel-style Livestream series bringing together industry leaders from various industries on a common LIVE format discussion. Our Livestream series is looking at starting Season 2 and bringing leaders together for LIVE Online video discussions. Broadcasted LIVE on YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Vimeo, and other platforms, the Livestream series focuses on answering key challenges facing the industry today. Tasks include - Create an editorial calendar with industry & topic - Identifying potential panel members for each episode - Booking guests for the Livestream interview - Promote the Livestream on Social Media Channels. The typical profile of candidates and team members includes media production, event management, production management, public relations. Livestream to be Produced in December 2021 and January 2022.
