It's really tough for law students to understand the recruitment process - especially 1st generation law students. We want to make things easier by creating free programming and resources for law students, to make the process a lot more equitable!
Legal Documentation Project for Megan Harmony
The main goal for the project is to create legal drafted terms and Conditions, event liability contracts, coaching contracts, and other legal documents needed for Megan Harmony's business. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: - Researching and understanding the legal requirements for terms and conditions, event liability contracts, and coaching contracts. - Drafting legal terms and conditions that align with the business's services and protect the company's interests. - Creating event liability contracts to protect the company from potential liabilities during events. - Developing coaching contracts that outline the terms of the coaching services provided by Megan Harmony. - Reviewing and revising the legal documents based on feedback from legal advisors and stakeholders.

The main goal for the project is to have a variety of custom contracts written for Jessica De Castro & Co, a small consulting agency specializing in organic marketing experiences. The company is currently undergoing a rebranding and is planning a relaunch campaign for late April 2024. The project will involve the following tasks: - Understanding the business goals and services offered and identifying potential gaps in legal documentation. - Drafting contract agreements for clients and subcontractors. - Creating terms and conditions for the company's services and products. - Developing a cease and assist document for potential legal matters.

The main goal for the project is to provide virtual assistance to the agency owner, supporting in the management of their day to day schedule and organization of tasks. This will involve overseeing multiple projects and doing some project-related research.
