Initiate Contact: Reach out to these prospects to introduce Sports After 6, its mission, and the value it offers. The goal is to generate initial interest and establish a connection. Generate Interest: Encourage these prospects to engage with your content or express interest in learning more about how they can collaborate with your company. Document Interactions: Keep a record of all interactions and responses, including positive responses, expressions of interest, or any specific requests from the prospects. Prepare for Future Collaboration: Lay the groundwork for potential future collaboration by scheduling follow-up meetings, calls, or discussions with prospects who have shown interest. The goal is to have a functioning email marketing system ready for use. List Building and Segmentation: Begin building an email subscriber list by collecting contacts and develop a basic system for segmenting the list. The goal is to have an initial set of subscribers and a plan for organizing them. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor the performance of the sample email campaign, tracking key metrics like open rates and click-through rates. The goal is to gain insights into the effectiveness of the initial campaign and identify areas for improvement. Compliance Check: Ensure that email marketing practices are compliant with relevant regulations, such as the CAN-SPAM Act. The goal is to operate within legal boundaries. Knowledge Transfer: Transfer knowledge and skills to other team members to ensure they can continue email marketing efforts after the intern's role concludes.
