The challenge is to find the best strategy to enter the market with a less expensive elastic collar extender (under the in-house Brand C2) to directly compete with the metal collar extender without ruining the existing market of elastic high-end collar extenders (sold under the Brand COCHIC and Comfy). The COCHIC is also an in-house brand and the COCHIC elastic extender is sold mostly on Amazon.com and other stores like Men's Wearhouse stores. COCHIC and C2 are in-house brands. Cochic is a luxury brand and C2 is a less expensive brand. Both will be selling a worldwide patented elastic collar extender.
