Project Description/Description du Projet: 👋🏽 Hello! My name is Althea and I'm happy to introduce you to our company, Koble , a digital health and community platform for new and expectant parents. We are an early-stage 8 person team, led by folks with long careers in the tech industry. We're a women-led company dedicated to building an inclusive culture, fostering mentorship, and making family health better! This project is focused on marketing. We are a B2C (business to consumer) business and want help thinking about how we should tackle user acquisition. Over the course of this project, you'll help us think about the following things: 🙋♀ What does our target customer look like and where can we find them online? Should we think about promoting on TikTok? On Instagram? ✏️ How can we build out more blog content? What sorts of topics should Koble cover, given that we're looking to be the expert on women's and family health? 💻 How do we think about paid ads? How can we invest time in SEO (search engine optimization)? PROJECT DESCRIPTION: We're looking for a Marketing Intrapreneur to work directly with our CEO to execute CultureAlly's content strategy. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a start-up tech and consulting company founded by two women, who care deeply about diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) and making the world better. We offer DEI consulting and a DEI learning web application. You will be reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer. We are a small company that is growing quickly and are excited to bring on someone who can grow and share in that success with us. HOW MANY STUDENT INTRAPRENEURS WILL THIS PROJECT ACCOMMODATE? 1 TIME COMMITMENT PER STUDENT: 70 Hours KEY PROJECT ACTIVITIES: Launch CultureAlly's first lead magnet. Create associated marketing campaign to launch the lead magnet. Set up tracking and the UX for the campaign using Squarespace, Hubspot and GoogleAds/Analytics. IDEAL ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES:* Craft creative content (social posts, emails, blogs, guides, ebooks, and more). Ensure content is aligned with CultureAlly's messaging, voice and brand. Analyze and report on content performance across various distribution channels to show content's impact on the business Help plan and execute CultureAlly's content strategy to increase traffic and drive engagement Assist with the creation of sales enablement collateral, including one-pagers, videos, slide decks, and more. We would like students to help us with creating content that is aligned with our vision, mission, and sector (parenting/play couches). We will ensure the student has a clear understanding of what these elements are for our organization. We are a play couch company in Canada called Go Coconut. We manufacture play couches for kids and have seen exponential growth in this sector in the past year. We are looking to establish ourselves as partners during the parenthood journey, and give resources and knowledge to our customers about the benefits of creating a yes space for their children, as well as supporting the development of gross motor skills for their children. We also believe in mindful parenting related to the Montessori philosophy. To accomplish this, we expect the student(s) will: Create written content to be used on our social media that will bring a value-added to the parenthood experience and the unique value of our product. (Instagram, facebook, interest) Write blog articles regarding the use of our product, as well as childhood development milestones and stages. email newsletters/sequences to share tips with parents, and build ideas. Other content pieces on assigned topics connected to childhood development, gross motor skills and parenting. Ultimately, you will be working on written content creation for our organization.
