This project's objective is to create a centralized database for financing partners in the North American market for our venture firm. The database will be used to source financing opportunities for our growing portfolio of startup companies to accelerate their growth. We would be looking for a compiled research list of companies with the following metrics, where possible: Firm Name: The official name of the investment firm. Investment Thesis: The firm’s fundamental beliefs, strategies, and guiding principles for investing. Check Size: Typical investment range for initial and follow-on investments. Type of Investment: Equity, debt, growth capital Industries of Focus: Specific sectors or industries the firm prefers to invest in. Location: The geographical location(s) of the firm's offices. Co-Investors: Preferred or frequent co-investment partners. Stage Preference: Seed, Early-stage (Series A, Series B), Growth stage Investment Horizons: Expected time frame for investment return. Fund Size: Size of the fund or funds managed by the firm. Portfolio: Notable companies in their current investment portfolio. Success Stories: Previous successful exits (IPOs or acquisitions). Investment Criteria: Specific criteria or requirements for investment. Average Time to Decision: Time taken from initial pitch to investment decision. Term Sheets: Typical terms and conditions the firm offers. Board Participation: Whether the firm typically takes a board seat. Annual Investment Pace: Number of investments the firm makes per year. Geographical Focus: Specific regions or countries the firm is interested in. Exclusivity Requirements: If the firm requires exclusivity in certain cases. Syndication Preferences: Preferences regarding syndicating deals with other investors. Follow-on Strategy: Willingness to participate in follow-on investment rounds. Capital Commitment: Percentage of committed capital that has been deployed. We help startups navigate growth challenges and catapult them to the next level - be it in terms of strategic alignment, team dynamics, or building an investor-attractive profile. We tap into our vast and diverse network to add all kinds of value to our clients. We need to bring visibility to our services and the potential of collaborations we can foster. We have a strategy for that, and we need to build the content implementing that strategy and showcasing our offerings in a comprehensive yet precise, and visually appealing manner. We would like to collaborate with students to create the marketing collateral promoting GetFresh Ventures. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with our offerings, our target market, and the nature and scope of our network. Creating copy and design for - a) Brochures for prospective clients, partners and service providers b) Case studies c) Podcast and event covers, invitation template d) Templates for social media creatives Bonus steps in the process would also include: Suggesting copy and design ideas for our newsletter and website.
Email Marketing Campaign
Our company advertises thousands of products online. We hope to revamp our email marketing to attract more customers. We would like to work with students to design a new email marketing campaign for our company, which targets startup founders and investors. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with our company’s products, email marketing campaign goals, and target market. Identifying types of emails and content that our company should send out such as welcome emails, newsletters , and re-engagement emails. Researching factors affecting the effectiveness of email marketing such as when emails are sent and making recommendations. Identifying metrics to monitor throughout the campaign. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Identifying ways to personalize emails for customers based on market segmentation.

The main goal for this project is to develop a monthly newsletter targeting founders and investors for GetFresh Ventures. This newsletter should be used as part of our overall marketing strategy by creating a content distribution plan that will result in increased open rates.
