PlanIt! Efficiency Solutions is looking for help to enhance our website with eCommerce capabilities to side projects and social enterprise initiative. We want to raise awareness, market and commercialize our disruptive solar blind technology on our site. We also want to sell our products from the site. The site needs to be more user-friendly and easy to navigate. The site needs to have demo videos, and be able to integrate with a CRM. Patrons will have the ability to log-in to their accounts. The primary project requirements include: Create a user-friendly site with ecommerce capabilities and allow patrons to login. The site will have the ability to integrate with a CRM allow users to submit online forms, provide measurements and possibility preview what the blinds will look like in their homes or businesses. Optimize Social Media Strategy

We want to attract new market niches to our products and services including bringing more visibility to our disruptive solar blind technology. We are trying to reach new audiences through lead generation, campaigns and other suggested means to fully engage our target markets and stakeholders. The primary project requirements include: Develop a custom social media strategy that will build on our existing strategy. Our innovative blinds are not like the commercial blinds currently available in the marketplace. With our blinds, there is no trade off between visibility and UV protect or heat penetration. You get optimal visibility (90%) and optimal UV protection (92-95%) all year round. These blind are eco-friendly, easy to clean and maintain and reduce heating and cooling costs by approximately 40% which cuts done on annual emissions. We want to promote these benefits to small business, property owners and potential partners and installers. We need you to help us implement a creative marketing strategy to accomplish this. Mail List Migration from Mailchimp to Zoho
PlanIt! Efficiency solutions is looking for someone to help us transfer our mail list from Mailchimp to Zoho CRM. This will involve adding appropriate information to each record and optimizing the many features offered by Zoho that will allow us to automate lead generation, campaigns and deals/projects. The primary project requirements include: Finalizing the set up of our Zoho CRM and create a standard process for automating how and when we engage new contacts and provide value that will move them to become clients. Add some of the other integrations that will enhance the usability of the CRM. Setting up Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for onboarding new contacts from our target markets and moving them from contact stage to client stage. Medium to advanced knowledge of Zoho CRM and Mailchimp required.
