Website Design Upgrade
Our site needs to improve, helping to build trust and loyalty with my target audience. I would like a UX design that creates a positive and well-defined customer journey. Goal: "Being the top-ranked result for the keywords : game learning, gamification, serious games, agile game learning, agile gamification, game learning platform, Interactive game learning, interactive serious games, any other suggestions welcomed To help achieve the goal I have a game idea for our organization to increase engagement that a student can help realize.
Training Program
After playing our core competencies game, students will develop a training and development action plan, which can include ready to use templates, processes, strategy, and high-level training design that will support the training and development to support.
Influencing Culture through SIG
We have designed a game to influence organizational behaviors in the workplace, specifically those behaviors that influence performance, such as commitment, respect, focus, transparency, courage and empathy. We hope to be able to identify champions, and advocates.
Scrum Master Rotation
Positions available: 4 We would like a Scrum Master to facilitate team work. The individual will start on rotation filling a Quality role, as the best servant leaders are those who have been a tester in a team. The individuals will need to gain insights on how our applications/game works and be able to escalate and identify impediments. We believe the best way to understand our game's usability is through studying and playing the game, its theory and market positioning. We are particularly interested in the following areas: Facilitate Scrum Events (Sprint planning/daily/refinement/review/retrospective Evaluate Learning scenario's to provide more scenario's Provide feedback Identify product gaps Structure sprints Participate in the Scrum of Scrums
Product Owner Shadow
Positions available: 4 We would like a Proxy Product Owner to shadow me for a while. They will need to gain insights on how our applications/game works and be able to research market needs. We believe the best way to understand our game's usability is through studying and playing the game, its theory and market positioning. We are particularly interested in the following areas: Evaluate the play mechanics of the game Evaluate Learning scenario's to provide more scenario's Research Market to position our products Provide feedback Identify product gaps Participate in Sprint Planning and Refinement meeting Participate in Prioritization work
Marketing
We have designed a platform influence organizational behaviors in the workplace and improve engagement. We are starting our marketing efforts as we wrap up the last features. PROJECT SCOPE Number of positions available: 2-3 students ( individually or in teams) The primary focus will be: Branding - define our organization's brand and core value proposition; identify opportunities and threats facing our brand; assess where and how to improve our brand's presence and differentiate from our competitors. Marketing Communications - create an integrated marketing campaign Market Research - Investigate our competitive landscape; perform market segmentation to identify the ideal target market for our products; conduct customer surveys or focus groups to gain insights into the perceptions and behaviours of our target customers; develop a pricing strategy; identify expansion opportunities; identify key messaging for new product or service. Public Relations - Develop and implement a PR strategy; create collateral, including press releases, user testimonials, case studies, and customer stories. Prospecting Strategy - Assess our current outreach process and develop and implement targeted prospecting; review our prospect messaging, make improvement recommendations, and create new outreach content. Create our organization's sales pitches and funnel emails Other duties the student may complete could include : (indicate other duties as exemplified below) Assist with outbound email marketing campaigns as needed; measure and report on the performance of these campaigns using tools such as (indicate tools used, eg. Hubspot, Google Sheets, Excel) Content development, including social posts, blog posts, LinkedIn articles, and website copy. We will plan to communicate with our virtual intern(s) using these communication tools: Zoom Meetings and track using Trello and hubspot

We hope to be able to identify champions, and advocates We are looking to 1)To create our organization's promotional media materials such as Landing page/websites, and social media handles. 2)To create our organization's sales pitches and funnel emails 3) Longer term project: track cold emails and conduct cold calls.

Zapier Integration
We have designed a game to influence organizational behaviors in the workplace, specifically those behaviors that influence performance, such as commitment, respect, focus, transparency, courage and empathy. We need to plan, design, and integration with Zapier. Zapier will allow us to share our API with over thousands of others.
