Performance Management Audit

Creating a program to develop up and coming leaders as well as current leaders. Given the location of all of our team members, a program that can be administered either in person and online would be the most beneficial. Each group of student-consultants will spend 20-40 hours working on your company to provide actionable recommendations of the employment system of your choice. If the recommendations include changes to strategy, policy, or practices, the +10 page document they submit will include how they will be implemented and maintained.
