Social Media Strategy for Wellness Company
We are looking to collaborate with students to design a new social media marketing campaign for the launch of Ozex. This project will involve the following key steps: Understanding Ozex : Students will familiarize themselves with Ozex’s products, our mission, and the goals of the social media campaign. Content Strategy and design : Planning the types of content that will be created for each platform (e.g., educational posts, testimonials, infographics, short videos). Tracking Key Performance Metrics : Students will define the key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor throughout the campaign, such as engagement rates, reach, clicks, and conversions. Content Calendar : Creating a detailed social media content calendar outlining key dates, types of posts, and campaign milestones. Additionally, students will work with our pre-designed Canva templates and use tracking files to ensure consistency in branding and monitor the progress of the campaign effectively.
Ozex Digital Health Blog

Ces sujets doivent s’aligner avec les besoins des parents en termes de bien-être, de gestion de la parentalité, de santé relationnelle et d’intimité, ainsi que les tendances du marché parental. Rédaction d’articles de blog : Les étudiants rédigeront des articles qui traitent de thématiques liées au bien-être parental, à la gestion du stress, à l’équilibre entre vie de couple et parentalité, ou tout autre sujet pertinent. Ces articles seront optimisés pour le référencement (SEO) afin de maximiser la visibilité en ligne. Révision des articles suite aux retours : Après avoir reçu des commentaires de l’équipe d’Ozex, les étudiants ajusteront les articles pour s’assurer qu’ils reflètent bien notre ton, notre message, et les attentes de nos lecteurs. Étapes Bonus : Proposition de stratégies pour promouvoir le blog : Les étudiants pourront également proposer des moyens de promouvoir le blog d’Ozex, que ce soit via les réseaux sociaux, des partenariats, ou d’autres canaux pertinents pour attirer plus de parents et familles.
Data Automation and Optimization
The main goal for the project is to automate the process of fetching potential partner company information, integrating potential leads, finding their email addresses, and optimizing the potential customer database for Ozex. Additionally, the project aims to automate communication with the CRM (Hubspot) and optimize the potential customer's database. This will involve several different steps for the learners, including: - Learning about the current data base of potential partners and potential customer's database - Developing a process to fetch company information and integrate potential leads - Automating communication with the CRM (Hubspot) and optimizing the potential customer's database - Finding email addresses of potential leads and automating some cold calling flows
Perinatal care research student
The student will be involved in a variety of tasks aimed at deepening understanding of mental health and sexual health issues, specifically in the perinatal context. Responsibilities will include: Research and analysis: Conduct in-depth research by consulting scientific articles and relevant publications to develop a deeper understanding of mental and sexual health issues related to the perinatal period. Deliverable : Excel file to structure research and themes as well as word document detailing the research Creativity and tool development: Participate in the creation of educational games and innovative sexological tools to raise awareness and support individuals and couples in this phase of their lives. Creation of a module addressing a specific theme: breastfeeding, body image, post-partum depression, for example. Deliverable : Content plan (format at the discretion of the student) Rigor and documentation: Ensure methodological rigor in data collection, organization of information and documentation of sources used to support research and creative work. Mobile App UI / UX Design No-Code
We need beautiful and engaging designs that our customer will resonate with. We have a team of engineers but would love to have some insight on the front end aspect and design interface for our app. Tasks may include: Conducting background research on our competitors. Do some research on a no-code/low-code provider which can run an MVP at low cost and design in this tool. Learning and using various software design tools. We strongly recommend students learn how to use Figma as this is the latest and greatest tool currently available. Creation of a screen by screen UX / UI prototype on a no-code app of their choice. Conducting UX / UI testing with real potential users potentially involving paper prototypes or other software tools to support this
Brand Identity and Graphic Design
Main Goal: Content Creation and Management : The primary goal is to design and manage content for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook) that aligns with the current branding. Study Niche and Develop Graphics : Understand the company's niche and develop appropriate graphics for social media using Canva. Idea Generation and Content Calendar : Create a comprehensive content calendar with innovative ideas for educational posts. Collaboration with Sexual Health Department : Coordinate with the sexual health department to get approval for educational content. Maintain Brand Consistency : While the brand undergoes redefinition, ensure that all content and designs stay consistent with the current branding.
Press Release Creation for our Ground Breaking App in Perinatal Care
We want to be recognized in our community and nationally for the work that we are doing. We have a great story to tell and we want it to be picked up by media outlets. We need students to create press releases for us as we are planning to launch our app. Students should be prepared to: Help us refine our story to something compelling and news-worthy Write up press releases around multiple news-worthy stories Identify media outlets that are most beneficial to us/most likely to pick the story up Send press releases and establish positive rapport with media contacts Secure media exposure for our organization
Privacy Policy
Our company collects and processes large amounts of data from thousands of customers. It is of utmost importance that we keep this data confidential and safely manage personal information. We would like to collaborate with students to audit our current privacy policy. This policy builds trust with users and protects our company by transparently disclosing how we gather information. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with our mission and vision statements. Completing a needs assessment. Familiarizing themselves with company activities that involve the use of personal information. Analyzing information management practices within the company. Recommending changes or improvements to the existing privacy policy. If need be, rewriting our privacy policy.
Tech StartUp Fundraising Campaign Plan
We will launch our app in the fall but prior to our launch we will do a fundraiing campaing to test our market. We would like to work with students to design a fundraising campaign and encourages engagement with the brand and our app. In collaboration with key contacts at our organization, students will design and carry out a campaign strategy around this topic. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with the app, our mission and goals. Identifying groups that the campaign will target. Identifying ideal outcomes and key performance indicators (KPIs). Identifying potential sponsors and partners who can support our campaign. Creating a promotion and marketing plan. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Assisting in the development of leaflets, posters, videos, and / or brochures.
Awareness Video Creation
Our organization is passionate about promoting post-natal healthcare to parents. We want to increase awareness about mental health issues after having a child. We would like to collaborate with students to create an awareness video. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with the social cause, our mission and goals. Scripting, planning, directing and recording a 40-45 seconds awreness vido in the form of a publicity-like video. This can be an animation or can include one or multiple shots of a real person, this is to be discussed. Finding and applying suitable background music that has free commercial rights. Handling all the post-production like adding text, transitions and effects. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Presenting the video and making edits based on feedback. Having a french and english version.
Email Marketing Automation for a Digital Wellness App
Our compagny has no automated emails and we would like to set up nice automation when signing up and follow up emails. We hope to revamp our email marketing to attract more customers. We would like to work with students to design a new email marketing campaign for our company. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with our company’s mission and products, email marketing campaign goals and target market. Identifying types of emails and content that our company should send out such as welcome emails, newsletters, and re-engagement emails. Researching factors affecting the effectiveness of email marketing such as when emails are sent and making recommendations. Identifying metrics to monitor throughout the campaign and set up a dashboard. Identifying ways to personalize emails for customers based on market segmentation. Use our current CRM to create the automation (Hubspot).
Ozex Digital Health Prototype
The goal of this project is to design a prototype in low-code no code for Ozex, a Montreal-based company specializing in sexual health and wellness. The prototype should be designed to improve the sexual health and relationship well being of parents, and should include a personalized self-therapy module. The prototype should be testable and will be used as the baseline for the MVP for launch in 2024.

The main goal of this project is to conduct market research and user testing on Ozex's new product, a mobile app for parents' relationship wellness and sexual health. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: - Researching the target market for the product. - Developing a survey to collect user feedback on the product. - Conducting user testing with the target market. - Analyzing the results of the survey and user testing. - Providing an analysis of the results and recommendations for improvement.

Our team is looking for a social media marketing wizard who can help us drive more traffic and improve our SEO positioning.
